HP Software Vietnam, Cloud Automation and Management unit is looking for Senior Java Developer (Hewlett-Packard) who are interested in development of Hybrid Cloud and Web Service technologies. Join our team and become member of international group of developers and invent new concepts and techniques. You will work in R&D team, contribute on development of HP products as well as support HP customers.
Responsibilities:
- Read & understand technical specifications, analyze product requirements, design features, implement & test software components (Unit testing).
- Ensure conformity of work to software quality standards.
- Provide assistance to Support Engineers with customer support tasks.
- Work under the technical leadership of the Technical Architect and report to a Team Leader.
- Develop internal & appropriate external documentation content (external documentation in collaboration effort with a Technical Writer)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of JAVA; 2-5 years’ experience in J2EE is an advantage
- Knowledge of DBMS (MS SQL, Oracle)
- Experience on Object Oriented analysis, best practices and design patterns
- Good understanding of Internet applications and its work-flow technology
- Good English skills in reading and writing.
- Ability to work under pressure and on various assignments
- Excellent logical thinking ability, good problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for code quality that follows best practices.
- Be active and willing to learn and adapt new technologies.
- Experience with at least one of the following technologies would be an advantage
- Design patterns, UML
- ExtJS, HTML5, CSS
- XML, XML Schema, XSLT, JSP/Servlet programming
- SQL, Hibernate, Java RMI, J2EE (EJB, JTS, JMS), JSF, Web services, application servers, CORBA
- Application Server (JBoss, Oracle Weblogic, IBM Websphere)
- Version control systems (SVN)
- UNIX and Windows platforms.
