Mexico City, Mexico. His Excellency Mr. Rajiv Kumar
Bhatia, the Indian Ambassador to Mexico, inaugurated the centre. Also
present at the Inauguration Ceremony were Mr.Y.P.Singh, Minister, Embassy
of India, Mexico City & Mr. Rajiv Kumar, Senior General Manager,
Aptech Limited.
