Business Process Outsourcing is the outsourcing of the almost every business processes, which would be handled over by the professional companies having expertise to handle those business processes. Here the main idea for the company is to concentrate only on its core competencies & outsource the remaining areas which do not fall under its core competencies.

The ultimate output is that the company will find itself BUSINESS RE-ENGINEERED, means that the company will be left out with less space & less people to manage, company will have less overheads & as the results there will be ultimate hikes in profits.

From the Company point of view, Business Process Outsourcing will keep them in drivers seat, where they get external expertise working for them, if the company is not satisfied by the service provider they can at any point of time change the service provider that to with almost no HR over heads.
